Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for student success. We expect students to attend school punctually and regularly.
- School hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Students should arrive by 7:50 AM to be ready for classes
- Notify the school in advance of any planned absences
- Provide a written explanation for any absence
- Consistent tardiness will be addressed with parents
- Excessive absences may affect academic progress
Discipline Policy
We maintain a positive and supportive learning environment through clear expectations and consistent discipline based on our values of respect, integrity, and compassion.

Uniform Policy
Students in Grade 1 and above are required to wear the school uniform. Playgroup through PP2 students may wear comfortable home clothes.
- Grade 1-3: Full school uniform required
- Playgroup-PP2: Comfortable home clothes allowed
- Uniforms must be clean and neat
- Proper footwear required
- Contact school for uniform suppliers and pricing
- Label all uniform items with student name
Communication Policy
Open communication between school and home is essential for student success. We maintain regular communication with parents through various channels.

Homework Policy
Homework is assigned to reinforce learning and develop study habits. The amount and complexity of homework is age-appropriate.
- Playgroup-PP1: Minimal homework, focus on reading and play
- PP2-Grade 1: Light homework to reinforce classroom learning
- Grade 2-3: Regular homework assignments
- Homework should be completed independently with parental support as needed
- Teachers provide clear instructions and deadlines
- Parents should communicate if homework is consistently problematic
Pick-up and Drop-off Policy
To ensure student safety, we have established clear procedures for student pick-up and drop-off.
- Drop-off: 7:45 AM - 8:00 AM
- Pick-up: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM
- Authorized persons only for pick-up
- Photo ID required for unauthorized pick-up requests
- Notify school in advance of pick-up changes
- Late pick-up fees may apply after 4:30 PM
- Sign-in/sign-out procedures required
